All purchases have fixed shipping costs and delivery times. Customers can choose the shipping type that best for them during the check out process. We offer FREE standard shipping on all USA orders over $100. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
For International Orders:
We offer International Shipping to all COUNTRIES to ensure all members on the planet will have the ability to proudly wear their Courage.
International Orders:
All international orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees..
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at: support@hearoswearmagnets.com. within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
