Returns and Exchanges: Your Guide to Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love what you purchased from us.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: support@hearoswearmagnets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted pr processed for refunds. There are NO exceptions to this policy. You can always contact us for any return question at: support@hearoswearmagnets.com or 980-999-3292.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to request a return:

1. contact our costumer service team at: support.hearoswearmagnets@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange. 

2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return and credit your original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional information:

  • costumers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was not the correct item ordered  

  • we do NOT offer exchanges or returns on Pre-Order, Final Sale items, or undergarments for hygiene reasons

  • all returned merchandise must be unworn, returned in their original packaging and have all labels intact

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note: Orders that include a free gift are considere
d final sale and are non-refundable. 

Duties & Taxes on International Orders:

For international shipments made under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), all customs duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout to ensure a smooth, delay-free delivery.

Please note:

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
These fees are remitted to your country’s customs agency through our shipping partners and cannot be recovered once payment is processed.
