How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before items ship.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because this is a pre-order collection, all sales are final once items ship. If your order arrives with a defect or issue, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Is HearOs Wear Magnets™ affiliated with a medical device company?
No. HearOs Wear Magnets™ is an independent apparel brand inspired by the HearO community. We are not affiliated with any medical device manufacturer.
REGULAR SALES
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs plus a 5% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at: support@hearoswearmagnets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to request a return:
1. contact our costumer service team at: support.hearoswearmagnets@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.
2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return and credit your original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: Orders that include a free gift are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes on International Orders:
For international shipments made under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), all customs duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout to ensure a smooth, delay-free delivery.

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
These fees are remitted to your country’s customs agency through our shipping partners and cannot be recovered once payment is processed.
